Most Home Pages have some hard-coded content such as headers, footers and notices which can be configured by a web designer as a one-off or occasionally updated activity. If content is formatted by a stylesheet which uses relative positioning, they may also need to group particular functions and change their output order. Initial configuration of the Dynamic HomePage application and a stylesheet is included by Kyosei Systems in each installation.

Dynamic HomePage provides a library of tools to provide dynamic content, many of which can be enabled for ordinary users to personalise to their own needs.
All visitors who register themselves with your Home Page have an account which can be managed by an admin user. For security purposes, user accounts can be automatically logged out if they are not used for a time which can be set by an admin user.
