Customising myQuickLinks

A column of icons down the right-hand side of the page allow myQuickLinks to be created, deleted, edited and re-ordered.

Creating a QuickLink

Click the icon to create a QuickLink.  A pop-up window will ask you to enter the URL (target location) of the link, and a descriptive name.

Note: that the maximum number of QuickLinks that can be created by a user is an admin setting.  If you try to create a QuickLink and get the error "Sorry: you can not add any more!", you will need to delete one of your existing QuickLinks first.  

Deleting a QuickLink

Click the link in your list which you want to delete, and then click the icon.  You will be asked to confirm the deletion by clicking OK.

Editing a QuickLink

Click the link in your list which you want to edit, and then click the icon.  A pop-up window will display the current target URL and descriptive name.  Click OK to confirm when you have finished editing.

Re-ordering QuickLinks

Click on a QuickLink in your list which you want to reorder, and click the or icon to move it up or down your list.
