consultancy package which will ensure that you're not just receiving a product:
this application is your eyes and ears for critical information on your web server,
and some of the information will be specific to your server, and specific to your
organisation's needs.
Nine days of intensive consultancy will be led by a project manager who will understand your management needs and an experienced network architect who will make sure you have an implemented solution which fully meets your infrastructure requirements.

The Consultancy
- Network Architecture Consultancy (3 days)
A project manager and network architect will work with your IT staff to understand the web server environment, the monitoring needs of your organisation and the staff. This will help us to appropriately install and configure the application on your servers, advise you of any internet security and network concerns, and make sure we provide your staff with training at the level they require. - Programming and Configuration (4 days)
We will customise and configure WebServer Reporter to your company's requirements, implement and test on your own testing and staging environments if available, implement and validate the application on your web server. - Project Report (1 day)
Our project manager and network architect will maintain a report which throughout this project. It will be used to inform your decisions in the implementation process, contain a work schedule for the programmers to make required customisation, and to feedback any security concerns or networking advice discovered during the consultancy. At the end of the project we will give your company a presentation with an opportunity for us to answer your questions. - Staff Training (1 day)
We will provide training for your staff in using the new system, your managers in how to make it work to best effect in your organisation, and IT personnel in administration.
The Cost
This consultancy package costs £3,650 + VAT, including all expenses.
We make no charge at all for providing the latest build of any of our software and tools... they're well written, well documented and they're yours for the asking: if you send us a CD and an SAE we will provide any of the public software we have created. If you have skilled IT staff in your organisation, they will be able to install it for you. We can make that offer for two reasons:
- We believe that a standard software package is only part of a solution to your needs
- We believe that our expertise and systems will provide you with that full solution cheaper than you would ever manage in-house.
What else don't we charge for...?
- Application Updates: as new functionality is developed, it's available free of charge. We make only a modest charge to install and configure it for you if required.
- Library Tools: we have a development partnership with customers who commission us for custom application development: we build them with the flexibility for future clients' requirements, and charge only half the development cost. All these tools and applications enter our library, and are available to you for free. We make only a modest charge to install and configure it for you if required.
