Kyosei Systems' WebList Manager is provided as part of a high value consultancy package which will ensure that you're not just receiving a product but a working solution which integrates with your IT and business systems, and which your staff can use and manage effectively.
Customer mailing is an essential and cost-effective marketing tool, but carrying it out effectively and ethically is vital to avoid alienating customers and prospects against your product, brand and company.
Eight days of intensive consultancy will be led by an experienced project manager and management consultant who will make sure you have an implemented solution which fully meets your marketing needs, that is integrated into your existing web site, and that your customer and company data are secure.
The Consultancy
- Business Analysis (1 day)
We will work with you to make sure we understand your organisation, your web site, mailing target audiences, legacy system and existing business systems. This will inform work done by the other project consultants. - Network Architecture Consultancy (1½ days)
We will work with your staff to understand the environment in which the application will be running, pipes required to existing IT systems, migration of your data, and the IT skills and support available in your organisation. This will help us to install the application on your servers, advise you of any internet security concerns and make sure we provide your staff with the training they require. - Programming and Configuration (2 days)
We will customise and configure WebList Manager to your company's requirements, migrate mailing data from any existing sources, build interfaces to your other software, and implement the customised application on a web server for your review before the live implementation. - Graphic Design (½ day)
Using the corporate graphics you supply and your requirements collected in the Business Analysis, we will design user interfaces to be integrated into your existing web pages and review these with you. - Web Design (1 day)
We will implement the agreed designs in your existing web pages and test them with the application on your server(s). - Project Report (1 day)
We will maintain a report which will be used throughout the project to inform your decisions in the implementation, and provide the advice of our experience in developing your web site and infrastructure. At the end of the project we will give a presentation and answer your questions. - Staff Training (1 day)
We will provide training for your staff in using the new system, your managers in how to make it work to best effect for in your organisation, your web authors in implementing a user interface on further web pages, and your IT personnel in administrating the software.
The Cost
This consultancy package costs £3,400 + VAT, including all expenses.
We make no charge at all for providing the latest build of any of our software and tools... they're well written, well documented and they're yours for the asking: if you send us a CD and an SAE we will provide any of the public software we have created. If you have skilled IT staff in your organisation, they will be able to install it for you. We can make that offer for two reasons:
- We believe that a standard software package is only part of a solution to your needs
- We believe that our expertise and systems will provide you with that full solution cheaper than you would ever manage in-house.
What else don't we charge for...?
- Application Updates: as new functionality is developed, it's available free of charge. We make only a modest charge to install and configure it for you if required.
- Library Tools: we have a development partnership with customers who commission us for custom application development: we build them with the flexibility for future clients' requirements, and charge only half the development cost. All these tools and applications enter our library, and are available to you for free. We make only a modest charge to install and configure it for you if required.
